Kapenta Peanut

Ingredients:
- Kapenta
- Pounded Raw Nuts
- Onions
- Green pepper
- Olive Oil
- Salt
Method:
- Fry the Kapenta until Golden brown.
- Add Onions and green pepper with a hint of salt.
- Fry together until the onion is done.
- Add the pounded raw peanuts to boiling water and let it cook for about 8 minutes.
- Finally add the cooked raw grounded peanuts to the kapenta and stir.
