I decided to name it Berry Good Workout Smoothie.

SERVINGS: 1

1½ cup chopped strawberries
1 cup blueberries
½ cup raspberries
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
½ cup ice cubes

BLEND all ingredients.
