Ah, April, the month of autumn leaves (for those of us in the Southern Hemisphere), a change in weather and, of course…CHOCOLATE! Yes, April, being the blessed month in which we celebrate Easter is filled with chocolate in all shapes and forms and is a wonderful month for the chocoholics amongst us (no names mentioned!)! Let us, however, not forget the real meaning of Easter viz. the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and the salvation that it brings.
